Most clients choose a 5x4 Entree Meal Service, every 1-3 weeks. This includes 5 separate main dishes, 4 servings of each, a total of 20 meals. There are 2 Main Dish Entree Options, (Protein with a Starch and Veggie, or Soup and Salad, with the option to mix and match). The first option you get 20 meals, each dish including a protein, veggie, and starch (rice, pasta, or potato). Or you can choose a Soup and Salad as your Entree, including 1 Soup and 1 Salad per Entree, in total 20 soups and 20 salads. Generally I pack 3 dishes in the refrigerator and 2 dishes in the freezer. Meals can be eaten for lunch and dinner! I will customize your menu to you and your families' needs and specifications. There are also many vegetarian options available.

If you do not want frozen dishes you may choose to have the 6x4 Fresh Meal Service. This will total 24 meals, split between two separate cooking dates. On each cook date I will prepare half of the meals, all for refrigerator storage and come back at a later date to prepare the other half of the meal service. I can cook twice per week or split between 1-2 weeks. This plan is great for people wanting the Soup and Salad Service. No matter what service you choose I only use the freshest quality ingredients.

The price includes customized menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation, package and labeling, reheating directions, kitchen cleanup, and trash removal. This price does not include groceries; clients will reimburse the chef for amount equal to the grocery bill. Different sized services and Additional Items are available below.
